I am so grateful for Dr Khurmi’s care. I have been dipping in and out of psychiatric/psychological services my whole adult life but recently went into crisis and needed more specialist care. I have had many wonderful healthcare professionals in the past who have helped in numerous ways, but Dr Khurmi really helped me turn a corner. He gave me hope when I was at my lowest point and I felt like I had exhausted every option. During our appointments, I never felt rushed or talked over. I felt he actively listened and responded with such clarity, giving me even further understanding of my situation. He never put words in my mouth and he discussed my plan with me so I felt informed, and fully involved in my care. Dr Khurmi is kind, compassionate, polite, insightful, and professional. He is an asset to the NHS and I can’t thank him enough for his care and the role it played in keeping me alive. Thank you for everything you do.

Dr. Khurmi has been the first doctor to actually listen to my problems, make sense of them and not palm me off with a cocktail of medication. He gave me his full attention during every appointment and phone call and made sure my family were as in the loop and involved in my treatment as I was. His knowledge of mental health ensured that the questions he asked me to find out more detail about my issues were precise and validating. I am so grateful for his time as I have felt so alone and unsupported when trying to access support from other mental health professionals but talking with him made me feel as though there was a light at the end of the tunnel.

Dr Khurmi is an excellent doctor. He listened to me and made me feel like he was really genuinely invested in helping me on the right path in stabilising my anxiety and moving forward to make good decisions for myself. I felt fully supported by him and the aftercare provided. He followed up with calls that made me feel reassured and supported at every point whilst I was in his care.

Dr. Khurmi was very good at listening to my problems and very helpful in aiding me to delve deeper into my issues and ask me questions I normally wouldn't ask myself which in turn has helped me to become more open to the idea of therapy. The medication he prescribed me has also worked really well for me which further proves just how much he listened to my needs. Dr. Khurmi has also been very good with following up on how I'm doing and giving me advice and working out future plans with myself and my medication. I can confidently highly recommend Dr. Khurmi.

Dr Khurmi listened to my problems and tailored my care with me, not just pushed pills down my throat like other doctors have before. I couldn’t recommend Dr Khurmi highly enough, he’s a brilliant doctor and wants to help his patients, which I genuinely believe as he has helped me. Thank you Doctor you’re a great man
